By using this website you are dealing with Hayes Family Trust, trading as Fighthouse. ABN: 67663607206 PRICING All transactions are processed in AUD. You may be entitled to special or trade pricing, if you are the prices you see on screen are the correct prices for your pricing level. Not all products are eligible for special pricing.

 

Returns Policy

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

 

Faulty or wrong item

If there is a problem with an item you have purchased from us (ie, its damaged, faulty or defective in some way) please contact us via email on sales@fighthouse.com.au within 7 days to ensure we can resolve the issue at hand as quickly as possible. If we agree that the item is faulty, we will give you a Reply Paid address to send the item back at our cost for an exchange or refund.

It is your responsibility to check the goods upon receipt and you have 7 days from the date of receiving the order to notify us of any issues. Examples would include, but are not limited to:

  • Quantity mistakes
  • Colour mistakes
  • Manufacturing fault
  • Wrong product received
  • Broken or damaged in some way
  • Any returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and/or suitable for resale.

 

Change of Mind

If you decide you no longer want/need a purchased product, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to return it. For change of mind we will not refund or exchange any of the following: 1. Any items not in their original packaging and/or not suitable for resale 2. Custom-Made Products 3. Clearance Products 4. Books We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and duties paid. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it fully tracked for peace of mind. If you need to exchange your item for another size, the above applies and you will need to cover the cost of shipping of the second item back to by providing a self-addressed, pre-paid satchel. Alternatively, we can contact you for credit card details or send you paypal invoice for the re-post.

Delivery Methods & Charges

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and will mostly be covered by the $14 flat fee charged when you order. In cases where your order is oversized or to a remote location and the shipping cost is higher than automatically charged, we may contact you to top up your postage charge. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (although normally you will find it leaves the same day) and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. We happily ship to New Zealand and other countries. For shipping locations and costs outside Australia, please contact our office info@fighthouse.com.au The customer is responsible for any expenses arising from the re-direction and/or re-sending of returned items from our postal carrier services.

 

Express Post

If you select the Express Post shipping option, please note that this can only apply if the item can fit in an Express Post satchel or if you are in the Sydney Metro area. Additional postage costs may apply.

 

Free Shipping

Free shipping only applies to orders over $150 that comply with the *conditions* *CONDITIONS* – orders with FREE SHIPPING must be a maximum of 5kg total and be able to fit into a large postage satchel/box. Additional charges will apply to items in excess of these weights and/or dimensions.
